Warehouse Clerk

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Kent, WA on Day Shift. Position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Land 'N' Sea Distributing is a full‑service, wholesale‑only distributor serving the Marine and RV industries for over 50 years. Responsibilities Operate forklift or hand truck to move, convey or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse and work areas. Comply with all quality standards and policies. Maintain a clean and safe work area – including cleaning/maintaining equipment and work areas, and performing safety inspections. Accurately pick, pack and ship parts to support quick turnaround of orders. Fill orders by identifying part numbers and proper quantities. Determine shipping method and pack accordingly. Count, weigh, measure or examine packaging and contents for conformance to company specifications. Receive and unpack merchandise and supplies, verifying accuracy of deliveries. Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials. Confirm proper location of merchandise and stay organized. Stock shelves by placing material in appropriate locations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Dependable attendance and team player attitude. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Basic computer skills helpful. Prior warehouse experience a plus. Working Conditions The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp and move a variety of materials. Walkways are concrete and/or metal grating. The employee may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently, may be exposed to high, precarious places. The warehouse environment can be hot or cold and dusty. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay range: approx. $19.54 per hour. Compensation decisions depend on qualifications and business needs.
