Shipping/Receiving Clerk – Parts Department At Bud Clary Auto Group, a family-owned dealership network in Washington State, our vibrant culture drives success. The Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing parts shipments and prepares items for shipment. Essential Duties Deliver parts to technicians Ensure that areas of the parts department are properly stocked Assists the service department by moving vehicles as needed and delivering vehicles to other repair facilities for sublet repairs Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments Deliver mail to the post office each evening Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily Crates all cores for shipment back to the manufacturer when parts have been replaced Performs other duties as assigned Marginal Duties Being a team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective written and oral communication skills Qualifications Forklift training HAZMAT training Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Bud Clary Auto group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
