Requirement/Must Have:
- 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies.
- Experience supporting medium to large-scale enterprise and data center environments.
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts.
- Experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Experience supporting Cisco, Arista, Aruba, or similar enterprise networking platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite operational environment.
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise, campus, data center, and WAN network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
- Support network technologies including routing, switching, wireless, network security, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting of network, server, and application connectivity issues.
- Lead network upgrades, hardware refreshes, migrations, and infrastructure expansion projects.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
- Analyze packet captures, routing tables, logs, and monitoring data to identify and resolve complex network issues.
- Support data center networking technologies and high-availability network designs.
- Assist with cloud networking integration across Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational reviews.
- Collaborate with server, storage, cloud, security, and application teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
- Utilize network monitoring and analytics platforms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities as required.
- Contribute to automation initiatives through scripting and operational efficiency improvements.
- Experience with data center networking architectures and modern network design principles.
- Experience supporting cloud networking environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies and internet connectivity solutions.
- Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Experience with monitoring and management platforms such as ThousandEyes, Client , SolarWinds, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network security technologies.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent.
