Staff RN - Labor & Delivery (Part-Time, Night)

This nursing position provides care to patients and families across various healthcare settings, collaborating with the team and adhering to nursing practice standards. Responsibilities Performing initial and ongoing health assessments (30%) Developing and documenting care plans based on diagnoses (30%) Implementing and evaluating interventions, adjusting care as needed (20%) Participating in process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and patient satisfaction (10%) Supporting operational tasks (10%) The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Night shift, 24 hours weekly, in the Labor and Delivery Unit.
