What You'll Do * Care That Matters: Provide attentive, resident-centered nursing care that supports the whole person. * Lead and Inspire: Support CNAs, CMAs, Ward Clerks, and Restorative Aides while helping create a positive, team-first environment. * Keep Everyone Connected: Communicate care plans clearly with staff, residents, and families. * Stay One Step Ahead: Monitor resident conditions, prioritize care, and report changes or concerns promptly. * Hands-On Nursing: Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with IV care and tube feedings as needed. * Stay Organized: Complete accurate documentation and maintain clinical records in line with policies and regulations. * Be a Trusted Point of Contact: Offer families reassurance, updates, and compassionate communication. * Champion Safety: Promote safety, privacy, and dignity in everything you do. * Grow the Team: Help orient and mentor new team members through training and hands-on support. What You Bring * Active LPN or RN license * At least two years of nursing experience , including leadership or charge nurse responsibilities. * Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association). * A warm, approachable communication style and a team-oriented mindset. * A passion for mentoring others and delivering excellent resident care. * Knowledge of long-term care regulations is a plus.
