Sr. Lead, Business Operations - Risk

Overall Purpose The Sr. Lead, Business Operations - Risk role is an individual-contributor role responsible for translating enterprise Risk Operations priorities into coordinated execution across a broad portfolio of high-visibility work. The role drives operating rhythms, integrated roadmaps, stakeholder coordination, executive communications, and repeatable mechanisms that enable Risk leadership to advance priorities with clarity, consistency, and follow-through. This position will execute the enterprise risk training strategy, manage the integrated roadmap, and coordinate Risk subject matter experts and Learning & Development to ensure role-based training, learning paths, and related assets meet the established risk training standard and are delivered on time. Although this role does not have direct reports, it manages delivery across a broad portfolio, adjusts priorities as demands change, builds relationships across stakeholder groups, and consistently executes high-visibility work with significant business impact. The role operates with a high degree of independence, identifies and manages dependencies, and creates alignment across internal business partners, senior leaders, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders. Essential Functions Drive execute the enterprise risk training strategy and manage the integrated training roadmap, including priorities, milestones, dependencies, , governance, and progress reporting.
