Responsibilities

• Assist with routine customer and account requests

• Maintain accurate account information in internal systems

• Respond to client questions by phone and email

• Follow up on open requests and pending items

• Coordinate account needs with internal departments

• Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-up activities

• Prepare basic account documentation

• Keep customer records and service notes organized
