Corporate Accountant

Company Technology Company Role Corporate Accountant Salary $90,000 - $100,000/annually + bonus Location Remote (must be ET or CT) About the role We're partnering with a private equity-backed technology company experiencing strong growth and transformation. This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Accountant to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in building scalable accounting processes. Must have Must have strong corporate accounting experience including month‑end close cycle, journal entries, revenue recognition, and financial statement preparation. Sage Intacct or similar ERP a must. Ideally experience in Technology, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Recurring Revenue industry. Responsibilities Own key components of the month‑end close process , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Support revenue recognition in a recurring revenue/SaaS environment (ASC 606 preferred) Assist with consolidations and corporate accounting activities across entities Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A and operational teams to improve reporting and insights Help drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Support audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Requirements 3‑6 years of corporate accounting experience Background in technology, SaaS, telecom, or recurring revenue environments strongly preferred Strong understanding of month‑end close, revenue recognition, and accounting processes Experience with Sage Intacct (highly preferred) or similar ERP systems CPA preferred , but not required Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign‑born residents, and veterans to apply.
