Job Responsibilities
Governance and change control for enhancements
Interface with domain architects
Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner
Analyse requirements
Recommend solution options
Perform FSD reviews
Impact assessments
Coordinate development with scrum team
Understanding of Client data model, tables, workflows
Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer
Certified CSA, CAD, CIS
CTA and / or CMA a plus
Develop innovative solutions using Client Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Client Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
