Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access points with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, operational areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential hazards common to an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity at assigned access points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Support site operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts regarding security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
