Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license (required, attach to application)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS & BLS certifications (required, attach to application)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Proven vent/trach care experience
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Primary Duties:

• Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process
• Deliver high-quality telemetry and LTAC nursing services in accordance with state and facility protocols
• Anticipate and plan for safe, timely delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Supervise and support assigned care staff, delegating appropriately
• Ensure documentation in the EMR is complete and accurate
