Schedule/Hours:

• Travel contract position (specific shifts to be discussed during the interview process)

Requirements:

• Active Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Telemetry or LTAC within a hospital setting
• Ventilator/tracheostomy care experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association, must be attached)
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Previous clinical leadership or mentoring preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process in accordance with state laws and facility policies
• Maintain competency through ongoing education and training
• Anticipate patient needs and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate tasks appropriately based on team member experience and education
