Backed by a team of dedicated professionals and a commitment to continuous improvement, Dyno Nobel sets the standard for reliable and responsible blasting manufacturing and services worldwideJob DescriptionDeltaV System HardwarePerform firmware updates and lifecycle management for DeltaV control system hardwareSupport legacy system maintenance and upgrade planningDeltaV System SoftwarePerform operating system upgrades, service packs, patches, and fixesMaintain virus protection and system security updatesApplication & Control System ManagementMaintain network security and user managementMaintain control system configuration libraries and standardsAlarm ManagementConfigure and maintain alarm attributes and logging systemsSupport alarm rationalization and system reliabilityControl Loop TuningDevelop and maintain control loop functional specificationsPrepare control strategy documentation and loop drawings using SAMA diagrams or logic block diagramsControl System PerformanceMonitor and improve control loop performanceUtilize tools such as Emerson Insight to detect performance degradation and optimize loop performanceInstrumentation & ReliabilityPartner with E&I technicians to develop and optimize preventive maintenance programsUse monitoring tools such as ValveLink to support outage planning and reduce unplanned downtimeQualificationsAssociate's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Technology, or related field OR5+ years of experience in industrial automation or control systemsExperience working in an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical plant environmentExperience supporting Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or PLC systemsExperience with DeltaV or Rockwell Automation ControlLogixExperience configuring HMI systemsKnowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (ISA 84 / IEC 61511)Experience with SQL Server, MS Access, or industrial databasesKnowledge of industrial networkingPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team playerCompany ValuesZero Harm for Everyone EverywhereValue People – Respect, Recognize & RewardThink Customer.
