Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves unloading and loading trucks, receiving inventory, pulling customer orders, and maintaining accurate inventory while working safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical work throughout the shift. This position is located in a non-climate-controlled facility, requiring comfort working in varying temperatures, including hot summer conditions.ResponsibilitiesUnload incoming trucks and load outbound shipments safely and efficientlyReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventoryPull and prepare customer orders based on work orders and shipping documentationOperate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materialsMaintain inventory accuracy and proper product storageAssist with material handling and warehouse organizationEnsure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety standardsFollow all company procedures and warehouse safety guidelinesRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experienceMinimum 1 year of recent, consecutive warehouse experienceAbility to read and understand work orders and shipping documentationAbility to lift 50 lbs or more (team lift available when necessary)Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand for the duration of the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsExperience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory managementAbility to quickly learn products, processes, and warehouse systemsExperience working in industrial, distribution, or material-handling environments
