Job Description

The Service Analyst - End User Computing (EUC) Enablement role supports the delivery of technology experiences that help employees remain productive, engaged, and self-sufficient. This role focuses on technology adoption, change management, service improvement, and user enablement within an outcomes-based delivery model where success is measured through adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies for End User Computing products and services.
• Apply change management frameworks, including ADKAR and Prosci methodologies, to support organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders, Change Champions, and support teams to drive awareness, engagement, and successful technology rollouts.
• Support adoption and enablement of AI-powered workplace technologies and features.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize end-user feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Translate user insights into actionable recommendations that enhance products, services, and user experiences.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and enablement documentation.
• Represent the voice of the customer by providing data-driven feedback to influence product and service roadmaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to measure adoption, satisfaction, service performance, and business outcomes.
• Deliver reporting and analytics that provide leadership with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

Experience

• Experience supporting technology adoption, organizational change management, or end-user enablement initiatives.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready documentation and reports.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused communications and training materials.
• Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, process documentation, or knowledge management content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, support, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or performance metrics using reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
