Accounts Receivable Specialist

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

include but are not limited to: Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates A dminister s the cash receipts of Eydent with minimal guidance Administer s and differentiate s cash receipts for accounts receivable, commission checks , and company payable checks A dminister s all accounts receivable duties in a timely and accurate manner and provide s positive customer service when dealing with internal and external customers E nsure s accurate , timely , and proper accounting skills in all functions of this position as accounts receivable E nsure s proper techniques including proper customer service skills when dealing with collections as requested

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

include but are not limited to: 2-5 years of similar or related experience in cash receipt handling required High school diploma required Intermediate e xperience wi th MS Office products required (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Extensive familiarity with accounting transactions, ratios, percentages, and commissions Excellent oral and written communication skills required Strong ability to manage accounts receivable in accordance with all in-house, state, and local regulations and guidelines required Being a part of IMA has its benefits.
