Nurse Practitioner Geriatric Medicine | Lincoln NE | 160K Base Salary

A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to it's care team.

The role is based in a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region.

• Outpatient Only, M-F.
• Practice has a focus on longitudinal care for patients with complex medical needs.
• Providers work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or House call setting is preferred but not required.
• Competitive Base Salary at $160,000K, Full Benefits, 6 Weeks of PTO, CME time plus allowance, $15,000K Sign On Bonus.
