Accounts Payable Clerk Phoenix, AZ LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a growing organization in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and payment exceptions Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor inquiries Prepare payments and ensure compliance with company procedures Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Reconcile vendor statements and identify outstanding items Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient invoice processing Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent accounts payable experience Proven experience with three-way matching processes Background handling high-volume invoice processing environments Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and best practices Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Benefits Competitive benefits package available Opportunity to join a stable and growing organization Collaborative team environment If you have a strong AP background and experience processing high volumes of invoices with three-way matching, apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
