Key Responsibilities Manage and advance stop loss cases requiring dedicated coordination and follow-through Support SLSMs on complex cases by assisting with follow-ups and organizing documentation Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure timely case progression Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 1-3 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, stop loss, or a related field preferred
