Position: Inventory Clerk

Location: Altavista, VA
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3 PM to 11:30pm
(Reliable schedule with weekends free!)

What You’ll Do

Join a dedicated team where your attention to detail helps keep operations running smoothly. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse accuracy and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory audits to keep systems accurate and aligned
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies discovered during order processing
• Process rejected, expired, short-dated, and returned products
• Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing to support material handling, including items scheduled for destruction, rework, or quarantine
• Clear orders placed on hold due to inventory status issues
• Check yard trailers to ensure trailer and load accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Computer skills and ability to learn inventory/warehouse systems
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and work independently
