Walk-On’s The Colony is looking for an experienced FOH Key Manager who brings energy, leadership and a TEAM-FIRST mentality to every shift.

We’re looking for someone who knows restaurant operations, thrives in a high-volume environment and isn't afraid to lead from the floor, coach the team and jump in wherever needed.

What We're Looking For:

Previous FOH restaurant leadership experience
Strong server, bartender & host knowledge
High-energy, hands-on leadership style
Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
Ability to coach, motivate and hold standards
Dependable, organized and team-focused
Available nights, weekends & game days
