We're Looking for an RN Leader Who Is:

• A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania .

• Possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience , with a preference for experience in a long-term care or acute care setting.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a significant plus , but we are also eager to speak with highly motivated RNs who are ready to step into a supervisory role and demonstrate strong leadership potential.

• Equipped with strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills .

• Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities .
