Supervisor (Evening Shift) Location: Fombell, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience) Ready to Lead a Team and Grow Your Career? This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. What You'll Do Lead and support a team to ensure daily cleaning and facility service tasks are completed efficiently Conduct quality inspections and final walk‑throughs to ensure work meets company standards Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve success Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste Monitor labor hours and help meet budget goals Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly Hold daily team huddles and participate in weekly meetings with management Ensure staff have the tools and supplies needed before each shift Communicate schedule updates, policy changes, and important information to team members Help identify and develop future leaders within the team Participate in facility cleaning and operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Reliable transportation Clean driving record Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience managing inventory and labor budgets is a plus Stable work history Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits $20.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience 401(k) with company match Health insurance available for eligible employees Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick time 10 paid holidays annually Paid training and uniforms provided Monthly performance incentives Employee referral bonuses Career advancement opportunities Monthly team events and annual company celebration Bonuses for developing and promoting team members Why Join A Quality Facility Services?
