Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, observe conditions, and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, hallways, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help support authorized access, visitor direction, and orderly operations within the healthcare environment. Document incidents, observations, and/or unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location procedures. Minimum Requirements: Hospital vaccines are required. Experience working in a hospital morgue is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be 21+ years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting is required. Have 2+ years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
