Turret Operator

2nd Shift Role

The Turret Operator (2nd Shift) is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a turret truck to pick, pull, transport, stage, and put away palletized products within a warehouse environment. This role supports daily distribution operations by ensuring accurate movement and storage of inventory while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safe operating procedures while working independently and as part of a team during second shift hours.

What you'll do

• Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages and bins pulled
• Report bad tickets right away to the appropriate leader
• Pull all orders in a timely manner
• Once orders are pulled, help run freight and locate product
• Report broken pallets to supervisor
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

What you'll Bring

• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs,; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
