About the Role:
Services By J National LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. In this dual-role position, you'll play a critical part in winning new business and delivering projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals for new and existing clients
• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for accurate estimating
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep work on schedule
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and/or estimating in a related industry
• Strong understanding of construction, facilities, or service-based project workflows
• Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and technical documents
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
