Production Operator

Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator , you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $17.00-20.00 p/hr DOE

Shift: Weekend shift 6:00am to 6:00pm OR 6:00pm to 6:00am

What's the Job?

• Perform multiple manufacturing processes following work order specifications
• Operate and monitor complex production equipment
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer standards
• Take corrective action on non-conforming products
• Transfer parts between processes using computer systems

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and listening skills
• Ability to read and interpret standard and metric measurements
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Availability to work weekends.
