Litigation Associate - Products Liability

We are partnering with a top-tier, nationally recognized law firm to identify a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate for its Products Liability practice in Atlanta .

The Role

You’ll be part of a high-performing litigation team handling complex matters involving products liability, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical or medical device litigation .

This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly within a sophisticated practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Support and participate in depositions and trial preparation
• Manage discovery processes , including document review and production
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar admission
• 2+ years of litigation experience , ideally in:
  • Products liability
  • Medical malpractice
  • Pharmaceutical or medical device litigation
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
