Floating to any IClient at the organization, patient ratios 1:3 in IClient.Number of Beds: Varies based on unitPatient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in ICU)Equipment: EMR: EPICHiring Profile:Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experiencePreferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experienceType of Patients on Unit: You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, & CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department such as sedated, intubated & pressors but you will not be caring for high complexity patients such as CRRT.Personality Fit: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and their drive to excel not only a member of our organization, but also as an individual.
