LPN / RN

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an LPN/RN to provide compassionate primary care to underserved patients in our faith-based, mission-driven clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, performing assessments, administering medications and vaccines, triage (phone and in-person), care coordination, patient education, and accurate EMR documentation. The nurse collaborates closely with providers, dental and behavioral health teams to support whole-person care, health equity, and chronic disease management in a community-focused, culturally sensitive environment.
