Field Reimbursement Manager, Neuroscience - (St. Louis, MO) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Neuroscience division based in St. Louis, covering a four-state territory. The role focuses on educating healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, patient access barriers, and treatment adherence while collaborating with internal teams and payers.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and payer requirements
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert collaborating with field sales teams and account managers
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account management
• Conduct field-based reimbursement education and support, spending up to 50% time on-site with providers
• Partner with managed care colleagues and internal J&J departments to align access solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels including pharmacy and medical benefits
• Critical thinking and ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Current knowledge of product coverage, payer policies, and healthcare marketplace dynamics
• Understanding of multiple payer types including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Strong relationship-building and trust-based communication skills
