Job Description The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager manages HR teams, leads strategic HR initiatives, and partners with leadership to address organizational challenges. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities: Lead the HR department, including supervising HR staff and providing ongoing guidance and training. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance. Oversee recruitment, retention, and employee engagement strategies to ensure talent acquisition aligns with organizational needs. Manage the performance management process, including performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback mechanisms. Provide counsel to senior leadership on HR-related issues, including organizational development, conflict resolution, and labor relations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and stay informed of changes. Conduct employee relations activities, including resolving complex employee complaints and disputes. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Oversee HR metrics and reporting, ensuring that data supports strategic decision-making and business planning. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and employee relations strategies. Proven ability to drive change and manage complex HR projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
