Now hiring Machine Operators and Assembly Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Newton, NC.

1st and 2nd shifts available

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift - $17.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift - $18.00 per hour

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.

Job Duties:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Assemble products according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Responsabilidades:

• Operar equipo y maquinaria de produccion
• Ensamblar productos siguiendo instrucciones de trabajo
• Inspeccionar productos terminados para asegurar calidad
• Seguir procedimientos de seguridad y produccion
• Mantener el area de trabajo limpia y organizada
• Trabajar en equipo para cumplir metas de produccion

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en manufactura es una ventaja pero no es requerida
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos periodos
• Capacidad para levantar peso, agacharse y realizar tareas repetitivas
• Buena asistencia y actitud de trabajo
