- Mentor junior analysts and help elevate the broader finance team's capabilities
- Lead global financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance
- Develop and refine scenario and sensitivity models for planning and forecasting
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
- Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting
- Develop, manage, and analyze the annual capital expenditure budget
- Track and reconcile actual versus planned spending; recommend costsaving opportunities
- Enhance financial models, dashboards, and automated reporting tools
- Deliver datadriven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Present financial findings to both finance and nonfinance audiences
- Contribute to system implementations, new business cases, and process improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and support development of team-wide analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday
