IT Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to drive digital transformation by aligning technology investments with business priorities and stakeholder needs. In this remote role, you will own the full product lifecycle, from defining product vision and strategy to managing roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and delivering impactful technology solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders, sales teams, customers, strategic partners, and technical specialists to identify opportunities and maximize product value. By leveraging market research, customer feedback, and Agile practices, you will guide the development and continuous improvement of IT products. This position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and cross-functional leadership in a collaborative environment. Research customer needs, market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements. Collaborate with sales leadership, business stakeholders, customers, strategic partners, and technical teams to maintain alignment, communicate priorities, and support informed decision-making. Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that supports organizational goals and delivers value to stakeholders. Own and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives according to business value, customer needs, stakeholder expectations, and strategic objectives. Participate in Agile planning sessions and other product development activities to ensure teams understand priorities and delivery expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products, features, and technology solutions. Use continuous delivery practices to improve release speed, delivery predictability, and the ongoing value provided to stakeholders. Identify product and implementation risks, develop mitigation strategies, and help teams resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle. Collect and analyze customer feedback, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to support collaboration and successful product outcomes. Exercise independent judgment when evaluating technology investments, balancing technical considerations with business requirements and customer expectations. Work remotely with standard working hours aligned with the Central Time zone, with occasional evening or weekend work during critical project phases or product launches. Travel occasionally by air or ground to meet with technical teams and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. At least five years of product management experience within technical and professional customer service environments. Hands-on technical experience working with Salesforce. Demonstrated experience engaging strategic partners, building strong relationships, and aligning stakeholders around shared goals. Proficiency with product management tools and software, including Azure DevOps (ADO), and familiarity with Agile methodologies. In-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service processes, requirements, and challenges. Proven ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when evaluating priorities and product investments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and business information clearly and concisely. A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to understanding stakeholder needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Experience working in an Agile environment with an emphasis on iterative product development and continuous improvement. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel by air and ground and comply with the applicable driver eligibility policy. Employment eligibility will be verified through a motor vehicle record check in accordance with applicable laws. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship, renewal, or extension is not available for this position. Ability to work remotely within the United States, maintain Central Time working hours, and accommodate occasional evening or weekend work when required. Benefits: Annual hiring salary range of $100,000–$125,000 for the U.S. remote position, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, education, location, and applicable legislation.
