If you’re detail oriented, comfortable multitasking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, join our driven Avis Budget Group team.What You’ll Do:You will coordinate the dispatch of emergency roadside services (ERS) to our customers through our outside vendors, playing a key role during time-sensitive situations. You will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by tracking ERS calls, communicating clearly with customers and vendors, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
