Guest Experience Specialist: Welcome Center

Summary At William Chris Vineyards we are all hands‑on deck – all the time. The action never stops. Since we are growing fast, we’re looking to add a Welcome Center Attendant to the team. This individual is responsible for creating the first and last impression of the William Chris Vineyards experience. Feel confident you can keep your wits about you, maintain your cool, and understand that your reaction affects many, including our guests. Essential Functions Potential candidates should enjoy interacting with others and have exceptional customer service skills. Check in guests as they arrive at William Chris Vineyards for their experience. Exceed customer service expectations in a consistent, timely, and thoughtful manner. Quickly and effectively resolve guest service issues; possess the innate ability to turn problems into opportunities. Coordinate, collaborate, and work effectively with other departments. Maintain a safe and clean Welcome Center, restrooms, and dry goods area by complying with William Chris Vineyards high standards. Multitask and maintain a smooth flow at the Welcome Center. Escort guests to their seats. Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism. Other Duties Additional duties as assigned. Competencies Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Responds and works well under pressure. Works independently with little supervision. Creative thinking and always up for a challenge. Excellent time management skills. Team player with the ability to coordinate with all levels of the business. Flexibility in schedule including weekends and some holidays. Maintain a positive attitude and work environment. Strong organization, problem‑solving, analytical skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment Must be able to work in an environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold. Occasional work outside for special events. Physical Demands Flexibility to work in multiple locations. Limited breaks. Ability to stand for hours at a time. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to negotiate uneven, outdoor surfaces. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including hot and cold weather. Travel and Remote Work This position requires on‑site work on a regular basis. Travel to and from the main worksite (daily commute) is at the employee’s expense and is not considered time worked.
