Quality Inspection Professional – Memphis, TN Kelly® is looking for a Quality Inspection professional to work at a premier manufacturing client in Memphis, TN. Pay & Shift Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour Shift: 1st shift – Monday thru Friday – 6:00am to 6:00pm Why you should apply Competitive pay rate with weekly pay and overtime at time and a half Opportunity to join a reputable production environment focused on safety and teamwork Ideal role for those seeking physically engaging work with growth potential No prior visual inspection experience required—willingness to learn and reliable attendance are valued Typical Day Navigating computers and software to perform routine quality control audits and generate accurate reports Auditing manufacturing methods, processes, and set‑ups to ensure compliance with company and industry standards Conducting routine inspections of product quality for adherence to process requirements and specifications Auditing all manufacturing and maintenance activities to verify quality standards are met Clearly communicating audit results and recommendations to supervisors and management Following up on recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented Performing other related duties as assigned Qualifications Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including frequent lifting and handling of heavier cartons Reliable attendance record and strong work ethic (must have) Can work safely and independently in a fast‑paced production setting Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions Proficient with personal computers and Windows‑based software (experience with Jabil’s systems is a plus, but not required) Can present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public Have basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages Benefits Kelly offers a range of benefits to eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short‑term disability.
