What You Will Do

Our caregivers support the whole person through three core services:

Companionship care – conversation, emotional support, and social engagement

Homemaking services – light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands

Personal care – assistance with daily living activities (training provided)

You’ll be part of a trusted team that treats every client like family and adapts care as needs change.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $17.25– $20.00 per hour

Mileage and travel time reimbursement

Flexible scheduling (with strong preference for full-time availability)

Referral bonuses- (Employee & Client) Earn up to $1,000 in referral bonuses. Know a family who needs private in-home care? We reward our team when they help us find the right people and the right clients. Eligible employees can earn referral bonuses for qualified caregiver and client referrals, subject to program rules.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable caregivers
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized, adaptable, and reliable
• Ability to perform basic homemaking tasks
• Full-time availability strongly preferred

Bonus: experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care
