Job Title: Post Harvest Technician
Location: Franklin, New Jersey
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Post Harvest Technician to join our cultivation team. This role is critical to ensuring the successful harvest, drying, and curing of high-quality cannabis products. You’ll play a hands-on role in the post-cultivation process, from cutting and de-fanning plants to carefully monitoring drying conditions to maintain product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the harvesting of cannabis plants, including cutting, de-fanning, and preparing plants for the drying process
- Safely transport harvested plants to designated drying areas
- Monitor the drying and curing process to maintain ideal temperature and humidity levels
- Perform regular quality checks to prevent contamination, mold, or product degradation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all harvest and drying areas
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Accurately log and track harvest data as required Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid and up-to-date NEW JERSEY Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow strict compliance guidelines
