Position Overview
A growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy to join its clinical team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. This role focuses on providing individualized patient care, developing rehabilitation programs, and helping patients improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life.

The organization emphasizes one-on-one patient care and provides administrative support to allow clinicians to focus on treatment and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, strength, conditioning, and functional recovery.

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and functional impairments.

• Lead small-group rehabilitation and conditioning programs.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Educate patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, wellness strategies, and recovery goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Active Physical Therapy license in Oregon or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.

• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
