Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with ability to practice in West Virginia.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, or Oncology.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Proficient with EPIC charting system.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
