Network Conversion Specialist

DescriptionIn need of a Network Conversion Technicians to participate in a critical project to upgrade all of the networking equipment by the end of 2026. The right candidate should have experience working in an IT Support role previous (helpdesk and/or desktop support) and have enough working knowledge of IT hardware/software to be able to work over the phone with a user in a store to walk through the necessary steps to remotely convert from the current network to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion was successful. They will be following a very detailed process with documented steps to follow, and the scripts they are running/automation they are deploying will all be prewritten, so attention to detail and strong ability to explain directions to the contact will be most important.This team will be working Monday-Thursday from 12:30am-11:30am with an hour unpaid lunch, start time potentially shifting to 1:30am or 2:30am after training dependent on demand, with each person expected to convert 3 stores a night (conversions are estimated to take 3 hours).SkillsSupport, Desktop, Troubleshooting, Install, Customer serviceTop Skills DetailsSupport,Desktop,Troubleshooting,Install,Customer serviceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
