Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned dry van tractor-trailers on long-haul routes, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting issues to in-house maintenance promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch to follow routing, delivery windows, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Perks:

• CDL-A required with a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
• Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, safety and inspection bonuses, late-model trucks under 3 years equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, home every two weeks, plus health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits.
