Job Description \n Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 09/21/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2304 \n $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS \n \n Opportunity: \n RN - ICU \n Job Details: \n • 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM \n • Guaranteed 36 hours per week \n • 13-week contract \n • Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required \n • Float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units with possible float to other critical care and inpatient units as needed \n • No on-call or callback requirements \n • Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours taken in increments as needed \n • Work in an 8-bed Neuro unit caring for stroke, TBI, head injury, and neurosurgery patients \n • Perform Neuro assessments and basic bedside ICU procedures including line placement and intubation \n • Perform bolt and drain bedside placements with neurosurgery team \n • Familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring required \n • Experience as Neuro Interventionalist a plus \n • Minimum 2 years of experience required with Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background and strong Neuro assessment skills required \n • 1 travel assignment preferred \n • EPIC charting experience required \n • Associate Degree or Certificate required \n • Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), and NIHSS \n • Scrub colors: any color \n Facility: \n This facility is a well-established hospital offering a comprehensive range of medical services, including specialized critical care units dedicated to neurological and neurosurgical patients.
