Your New Role:

• Responsible for assembling harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components
• Use various hand tools (wire crimpers, soldering, screwdrivers)

What You Need:

• Experience with 12 volt and electrical
• Must be able to read electrical diagrams and schematics
• Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices
• Familiar with assembly production work
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
• Ability to use basic mathematics.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
