Senior Test Analyst

Job Title: Senior Test Analyst – Location: US Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our dynamic software testing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools, with a particular emphasis on TestRail as a deal breaker skill. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using TestRail. Perform API automation testing using tools such as TOSCA and Postman. Utilize Rest API for testing and validating backend services. Monitor and analyze application performance using Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana. Document and report defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability. Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality. Utilize SQL and DBeaver for database testing and validation. Work with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase and Cassandra for data validation. Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data processing and testing. Mandatory Skills Proficient in TestRail for test case management. Amdocs Billing Experience Strong knowledge of TOSCA for automated testing. Experience with API automation testing using Postman. Familiarity with Rest API testing and validation. Proficient in using Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana for monitoring and analysis. Solid understanding of SQL and experience with DBeaver. Experience with Couchbase and Cassandra databases. Knowledge of Kafka for data streaming and processing. Preferred Skills Experience with additional testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of performance testing tools. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Years of Experience At least 6 years of experience in testing, preferably in telecom domain. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
