Neighborhood Home Buyers LLC is a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking an ambitious Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and purchase residential properties throughout the Greater Boston area.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated closer who wants to build a rewarding career in real estate investing while earning substantial commission income. We provide qualified leads, proven systems, training, technology, and ongoing support so you can focus on meeting sellers, making offers, and closing deals.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $140,000 salary plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Meet with Estate Attorneys and Realtors to build relationships to help their clients sell their house as-is.

• Meet with homeowners interested in selling their properties.

• Build trust and rapport with sellers to understand their needs and create win-win solutions.

• Analyze property values using comparable sales, market trends, property inspections, and research.

• Present and negotiate purchase offers.

• Manage and follow up with leads through our CRM system.

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.

• Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly acquisition goals.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to maximize deal flow.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to analyze opportunities and make informed decisions.

• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and conducting property evaluations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, wholesaling, or a related sales role preferred.

• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
