SHIPPING / RECEIVING / INVENTORY COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems
• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, materials handling, shipping, receiving, production control

Position Summary

The Inventory Coordinator keeps the production and assembly floor supplied with the right material at the right time, and keeps inventory records accurate as material moves. This is a hands-on materials role: the coordinator pulls and stages stock to the production and assembly schedule, replenishes line-side material, receives incoming material into inventory, and performs the cycle counts, transactions, and discrepancy research that keep ERP records matched to physical stock. The role is central to the Hyatt Die Cast assembly ramp, where keeping the line fed with kitted, verified components is essential to hitting build rates. The coordinator works closely with Receiving, Planning, Production, Assembly, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping, and protects lot, heat, serial, and other required traceability throughout. The successful candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable on the floor and in the warehouse, and driven to keep production moving.
