WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

SUMMARY
Will serve as content producer for League site, posting stories, videos, photos etc. for breaking news, features and game stories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Will work with Managing Editor/Producer and other producers to keep the League website not only current, but looking and reading the best it can with strong photo choices, widgets in story to cross promote content. A majority of this work is done on a deadline situation, so expediency, along with accuracy is crucial.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Areas/Experience

Required

• At least 2 year's experience as a web producer.
• Knowledge of the NHL and its teams and players.
• Ability to work in our CMS, along with knowledge of photoshop and other design platforms.
• Willingness to work late nights and weekends.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree.

Required Skills

• Must have good communication skills, knowledge of AP style.
• Will need to be able to make content decisions on deadline

SALARY RANGE:

$60k

Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to: experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
